If you’re not completely satisfied with the quality of your recently purchased from Namecards.com.sg, please send the entire product back to us within 7 days of receiving it, together with your Order Number, for an exchange or full refund.

We will expedite the production of any reprinted materials to the best of our ability – including express shipping at our cost whenever necessary. If for some reason reprinting is not an option, we will refund 100% of your money.

Please note that we cannot be responsible for typing, image or design errors introduced by customers in the document creation process. In an effort to keep costs down and pass those savings along to our customers, we do not review card documents for content or spelling. Please check your designs, information and artwork carefully and fully prior to placing your order.

Procedure of returning the products:

1. There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased. You can return unwanted items by post within 30 days of receipt of your goods.
2. How To Return An Item: Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.
3. Please send us an email and state your return with your Order ID number and wait for our confirmation before sending the return back to us. We will inform you the return address. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt

Refund for cancellation order:

For order that has been processed to print, we are unable to offer any form of refunds.

As for order that has not been processed to print, we will refund the full price (less 10% payment gateway and administration fees) via the same payment method, excluding postage, courier and processing costs (such as artwork fees). This 10% handling fees will be waived if payment was made through Paynow or Bank Transfer.
