Upload files for printing
In a rush? Your cards can now be ordered, produced, and sent more quickly than ever.
Prepared to send your upload files to us?
To upload files, simply enter your contact information in the form, select Browse, or drag your file(s) into the window before selecting Upload. It’s that simple!
During the upload, it can take a significant amount of time to finish the upload depending on the size of your files and the speed of your internet connection. An upload progress window should be visible throughout the uploading procedure until it is finished. You will see a confirmation page and get an email confirming your upload once we have received your files. Please get in touch with us to inquire about the status of your upload if you believe that your connection was dropped or that something else went wrong.
Following file processing, we’ll email you a PDF or hard proof for review and approval before to production. If we have any inquiries, we’ll get in touch with you. Do not forget to verify that your files are accurate and that you are giving us all the information we require. When uploading files, keep the following in mind:
Art Files
- For all print jobs, a press-ready PDF is required. (Along with the original file format)
- If applicable, press-ready PDFs should have a minimum 0.125″ bleed, and all images and colors should be in CMYK or spot colors as needed. For further details on how to set up art files for print correctly, visit our FAQ page.
- If at all feasible, kindly supply native file formats (InDesign, Illustrator, etc.).
- Native formats must include fonts and links. Using File > Package in InDesign, you can automatically collect all fonts and URLs. A copy of the document, along with copies of all the fonts and links used in it, will be created in a new folder as a result.
- Before uploading, folders must be compressed (zipped).

Large Files
You can upload your files on our check out page when you place your order, though if your files are very large and/or you may prefer via to use WeTransfer, please click the button below to upload your file and send to design@namecards.com.sg
You can share large files for both personal and collaborative purposes using the well-known and totally free file transfer service called WeTransfer.
You may simply browse to the WeTransfer main page and begin the transfer process as you don’t have to register. The ability to add files can be found on the home page’s left side. To upload your file, simply drag it into the browser.
