    Die-Cut Artwork Limitations

    Die-cutting uses a physical cutting mould and is subject to normal production tolerances.

    Please observe the following requirements:

    • Only approved standard shapes are available for instant online purchase.

    • Custom shapes require quotation and tooling approval prior to production.

    • All text, logos, and critical design elements must remain at least 5 mm inside the cut line and within the safe margin.

    • Artwork placed too close to edges may be trimmed or distorted.

    • Fine detailing, sharp internal corners, and extremely narrow cut areas may not be achievable.

    • Minor variation in cut position is considered normal within production tolerance.

    • Artwork files must clearly define the die-cut outline using a separate vector layer or spot colour reference.

    Projects requiring tight tolerances, intricate shapes, or edge-critical designs must be submitted via Request for Quote for technical feasibility review.

    You will received a auto generated invoice by email that will guide you how to send your file.

    Step 4 - Process to print

    We will check your file(s) and proceed to print if no error.

    Step 5 - Ready for delivery

    When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email from us.

    Step 6 - Receive your goods

    Goods will reach your location within 1-2 business days by third party courier. Express delivery will be within 24 hours by us.

  • Can I make adjustments to the text, layout, or design within my selected order quantity?

    No, the order quantity applies to a single artwork only, meaning adjustments to text, layout, or design are not possible within the same quantity. For example, if you need 1,000 name cards with different names or designs (such as 10 different names), you would need to place separate orders for each design, such as 10 orders of 100 pieces each.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept a variety of payment methods, including major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express), PayPal, Paynow and bank transfers. For corporate clients, we can arrange alternative payment options if needed.

  • Can I pay with PayNow?

    Yes you can. Scan PayNow QR code or type our UEN during the checkout.

  • Can I place a 24-hour design and print order?

    No you can't, printing takes far less time than designing and confirming the artwork.
    Only if you have a ready design file, than 24 hours express name card printing will be permitted.
